We are now looking for you who want to take the next step in your career - as an assistant store manager with us at Circle K Mantorp. The position is full-time and permanent with an initial six-month probationary period. The station in Mantorp is one of our Highway stations with a high pace and many customers. Various events are often organized in the area, and the station is a major food destination. The opening hours are 05:00–00:00 on weekdays and 07:00–00:00 on weekends. The position has a rolling three-week schedule with shifts scheduled for day and evening times, as well as every third weekend. To get here, it is important that you have a driver's license and access to a car.

In the role of ASM with us, you combine service and leadership and are an important part of the daily operations together with the store manager. As part of your development, you will have the opportunity to participate in Circle K's nine-month certification program where you strengthen your leadership and business understanding, with the goal of eventually taking on the role of store manager.

In this role, you will have a monthly salary of 29,800-33,600 SEK, where your exact salary level is based on your previous experience in service and is verified by providing employer certificates during the recruitment process. In addition to your monthly salary, you will receive extra compensation for work during evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays. Does this sound interesting?
