Job Description & Offer

PerformIQ is looking for a store assistant on behalf of our client in Linköping for a position that lasts at least until summer, with a chance for extension. Our client operates in the technology/installation sector and offers installation products, workwear, tools, and machinery.

The main tasks will consist of restocking in the store, customer service, and cash handling. Your primary focus will be retail sales. Your responsibilities will always include providing service to customers, as you are the company's face when a customer enters the store.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who has previous experience in retail sales and/or service and has a general technical background. We prefer candidates who have worked with some form of inventory management, and having a forklift license is an advantage. The position involves daily customer contact and relationship building with both existing and new customers, so you need to feel comfortable with this. You value customer satisfaction and respond to others professionally and with joy. Previous experience in retail and relevant industry knowledge is highly desirable. Furthermore, we see that you are proactive and driven. You are also someone who has an eye for what needs to be done and helps out where needed.
