About the role
As a customer service representative, you will represent our client Färdtjänst. Färdtjänst is a transportation service offered to individuals with disabilities or other difficulties that limit their ability to travel independently or use public transportation.
Your role includes:
- Providing service to Färdtjänst travelers via phone and email
- Answering questions, receiving feedback, and resolving issues regarding travelers' journeys, invoices, etc.
- Färdtjänst is a broad assignment with potential opportunities for further development within second line support, etc.
Employment type: Permanent employment with a 6-month probation period.
Training: Basic training for 20 days combined with practical work.
Salary: Fixed monthly salary.
Working hours: Working hours are scheduled within Färdtjänst's opening hours, which are Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 20:00.
Start: Training begins on 16-02-2026, which is also the start date for employment.
We are looking for someone who:
- Speaks and writes fluent Swedish
- Speaks English at a basic level
- Has good computer skills and preferably system competence
- Experience in service or care is an advantage, but not a requirement

The customer group requires that you are attentive, patient, and respectful of individual needs. Since we perform assignments for a government agency, you need to be professional and have a good understanding of the importance of high confidentiality.
