TaxiCaller Nordic AB continues to grow and is now looking for a Key Account Manager responsible for the markets in the Nordic region.

Specializing in cloud-based traffic management systems, TaxiCaller has become a central player in the industry and is present in over 60 countries across six continents.

TaxiCaller offers an innovative and cost-effective solution that includes not just an app but a complete platform. With the system, taxi company owners and drivers can expand their booking options with features such as online booking and custom passenger apps. TaxiCaller strives to simplify customers' operations through tailored reports, invoicing, business analysis, and other tools that are critical for managing daily tasks.

About the Position

In recent years, TaxiCaller has developed and launched a range of new products, including transport services and school transport for the Nordic markets.

You will be a key player in TaxiCaller’s expansion in the Nordics. The target audience includes municipalities, regions, and private taxi companies.

The focus will be on building our customer portfolio by actively finding, processing, and pitching new customers. At the same time, you will work on developing existing customer relationships by identifying new business opportunities and creating value for them. You will drive the entire sales cycle – from prospecting and understanding customer needs, presenting our solution, closing the deal, and nurturing the relationship with existing customers.

As the position involves a lot of travel and customer visits, TaxiCaller provides a company car.

Your Responsibilities Include

  • Prospecting and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Contacting and booking meetings with potential customers via phone, email, and social media.
  • Presenting TaxiCaller’s solutions and value propositions to decision-makers.
  • Following up and driving the sales process forward from first contact to agreement.
  • Collaborating with other departments at TaxiCaller to optimize lead generation.
  • Nurturing and developing your existing customer portfolio.
  • Visiting customers and potential customers.

About You

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in sales.

  • You are curious, business-minded, and relationship-building.
  • You have a few years of sales experience. Experience in service sales within B2B is a plus.
  • You have excellent collaboration skills and are self-driven, seeing our goals and results as natural motivators in your daily work.
  • Experience with public procurement is preferred.
  • You express yourself well in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • If you have experience in the taxi industry, especially from a supplier perspective, it is a significant advantage.
  • Customer visits in the Nordics will be part of your everyday life, and a driving license (B) is therefore a must.

It is highly meritorious if you have:

  • A large network within the Swedish and Nordic taxi industry.
  • Experience selling to municipalities and regions.
  • Experience selling taximeters, vehicle equipment for taxis, or traffic management systems.
