Your Role

We are now looking for a Test and Planning Coordinator to coordinate testing activities and other planning regarding airworthiness reviews.

In your role, you will be central in ensuring that our testing and planning processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will hold meetings, lead tests, coordinate with many stakeholders, and plan the testing activities. Your role will also involve strategic work with the planning of tests and other activities, as well as writing reports and deviations. Therefore, you should be skilled in systems and have good communication skills to coordinate and communicate effectively with different parts of the organization.

As a Test and Planning Coordinator with us, you will be responsible for:

• Coordinating and planning testing activities and other planning, which means ensuring that all necessary resources and people are in place at the right time.
• Holding meetings and tests, as well as coordinating with many stakeholders to ensure that everyone is informed and engaged.
• Working strategically with the planning of tests and other activities, which means thinking long-term and ensuring that our processes are effective and sustainable.
• Writing reports and deviations, which requires a meticulous and detailed working methodology.
• Delegating tasks to individuals with knowledge in the area and the activities concerned, which means you must be able to assess and utilize the team's competencies in the best way.
• Having a large network within Saab, which facilitates your communication and coordination with different parts of the organization.
• Being effective and clear in your communication and work, which is crucial for managing the many tasks and contacts that the role entails.

Your Profile

To fit into the role, we believe you are structured and communicative, as the work involves a lot of coordination with different disciplines. You also need to be resilient and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, as well as being able to manage rapid changes. We also see you as a team player who can both give and receive help from the team, where a certain level of responsiveness is required. However, with a strong personal drive and a technical interest, you will find this role very rewarding and enjoyable.

For this role, we see that you have:

• Post-secondary education (preferably with a focus on logistics, economics, purchasing, or technology) or work experience that corresponds.
• Experience in coordinating and planning testing activities, which means you have an understanding of the specific challenges and requirements that the role entails.
• Good communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish and English, which is crucial for coordinating and communicating effectively with different parts of the organization.
• Experience working with various systems and tools, which facilitates your work process and makes you more efficient.

We consider it an advantage if you have:

• Experience working with specific systems used within Saab, which gives you an advantage in being able to work effectively from day one.
• A large network within Saab, which facilitates your communication and coordination with different parts of the organization.
