In the role of customer service representative, you will primarily work with receiving questions and inquiries from tenants and possibly new as well as older apartment seekers. The role includes handling incoming phone calls, emails, and chats from tenants and others who wish to get in touch. We are looking for someone who is a student or has another main occupation of at least 50%. We seek someone with a flexible schedule who wants to work a lot during the weekdays in the daytime.

The position includes, among other things:

• Handling tenants and others who contact us primarily via phone, but also via email and chat, as well as physically when the client receives customers in their physical customer service.
• Managing maintenance requests and questions from tenants.
• Handling various administrative tasks, such as registering and coordinating cases internally.
• Actively participating in continuously improving and developing our customer service.

We are looking for someone who is studying and has at least 1 year left in their studies or has another main occupation of at least 50% and sees this job as a long-term opportunity. You are a positive, flexible, and service-oriented person. Furthermore, we see that you are structured, meticulous, and have good communication skills. It is also essential that you have good computer skills and are a quick learner. To be considered for the position, you need to have high availability and can work at least 3-4 shifts per week.

This is a consultancy assignment, which means you will be employed by StudentConsulting and work as a hired consultant for our client. The work shifts are scheduled on weekdays, and the hours vary between 07:45 AM – 4:00 PM. We recommend that you submit your application immediately as we are conducting a rolling selection.
