About us
Bixia is an electricity trading company with about 70 employees and is owned by Tekniska Verken in Linköping – the energy company that builds the world’s most resource-efficient region and contributes to real change. A greener, healthier, and more sustainable change is achieved by driving the development of locally produced electricity from renewable energy sources and by promoting local initiatives and investing in local producers. The electricity industry, like many other industries, is facing significant changes. The digital development affects society as a whole, and this industry is no exception. Making sustainable choices of products and services is becoming increasingly obvious, and Bixia and Tekniska Verken want to be a clear player in that.
Recently, Bixia and Tekniska Verken's customer service merged and have since been working as a joint team with a clear focus on growing together. There is currently a major effort underway to broaden the competence within the entire group – something that creates better service and greater development opportunities for you as an employee. This means that as an Advisory Salesperson, you have good opportunities to develop in several areas.
About the position
As an advisory salesperson in Bixia and Tekniska Verken's customer service department, you assist customers with good service and advisory sales regarding Bixia's and Tekniska Verken's products and services, such as sustainable electricity choices or additional services like solar panels and charging boxes. It is a varied job where you help customers via phone, email, and chat. Your customer base consists mainly of private individuals but also includes small and medium-sized enterprises to some extent.
In your role, you are empathetic and read the customer's individual needs and work with advisory sales. You handle cases and are responsible for simpler investigations and actions regarding invoices, contracts, and prices. You provide support to customers on questions about energy-smart homes and related services.
About you
To fit into the role, you have previously held positions where customer contact and sales have been natural parts, and you want to work in a company with modern values. An interest in environmental or energy issues is an advantage, but the most important thing is that you have the willingness to learn about the business. You have excellent knowledge of Swedish and English. If you speak additional languages, such as Arabic, it is a merit. Since the computer is your primary working tool, you have good computer skills.

Furthermore, you are customer-oriented, solution-focused, fearless, and curious. You thrive in a sales role, both working with upselling during incoming calls and calling potential new customers. The role requires you to be self-driven, flexible, and proactive.

Location: Brogatan 1 in Linköping, beautifully located next to Stångån
Scope: Full-time
Working hours: Office hours, weekdays 8 AM - 5 PM
Employment: Fixed-term employment for 6 months as a consultant via OnePartnerGroup, with good opportunities for extension and eventually transitioning to being employed directly by us at Bixia.
