About the role and responsibilities

As a customer service representative with us, you will work alongside your colleagues and assist our customers. You are motivated by ensuring that the customer has a positive experience communicating with you. You will act as a problem solver for our customers by handling cases via email and chat as well as incoming and outgoing phone calls. As a customer service representative with us, you will be offered a varied and challenging job with opportunities to influence daily operations.

Information:

Salary: Fixed hourly wage according to collective agreement

Employment type: Casual employment with hourly wage

Scope: 60-80%

Start date: By agreement
