Tandhälsan in Norrköping is looking for an engaged and service-oriented receptionist for a temporary position of about 90%, as one of our employees will be on maternity leave starting March 2026.

The position is primarily based at the reception. Internally, we will organize so that the current receptionist also works clinically, making the reception a very important function in our daily flow.

About the clinic

Tandhälsan is a modern and well-established clinic located centrally in Norrköping. The team consists of two dentists, four dental hygienists, four dental nurses, and two receptionists.

Job responsibilities

As a receptionist with us, you have a central role and are often the patient's first contact with the clinic. The tasks are varied and include, among other things:

• Welcoming patients at the reception and via phone
• Appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and notifications
• Record keeping and documentation in Frenda
• Cash handling and basic administration
• Coordination and communication with the clinic's practitioners
• Other administrative tasks related to the clinic's daily operations

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in receptionist work, preferably in healthcare or service (meritorious but not required)
• Is structured, meticulous, and able to handle stress
• Has good computer skills and is quick to learn new systems
• Speaks and writes Swedish fluently
• Has a professional and warm demeanor towards patients and colleagues

Experience with journal systems (e.g., Frenda) is meritorious but not required.
