Kickstart your career through one of Sweden's best leadership training programs in retail!
Through JYSK's store manager program, you will run your own store after 10 months.
WHAT WE OFFER YOU
- The opportunity to run your own JYSK store after 10 months of paid training.
- A training program that provides you with all the tools you need to manage a JYSK store.
- Experienced retail and HR professionals who will coach you throughout the program.
WHAT THE PROGRAM ENTAILS
Our store manager program consists of a winning combination of practical experience and theoretical knowledge.
- You will gain experience in store operations through working in a store.
- You will receive five weeks of theoretical training, spread over the ten months, at our training center in Nässjö. The modules consist of scenarios and role-playing, group work, and team building.
All with the goal of enabling you to run your own store after 10 months.

WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
- Experience in leading, motivating, and developing employees.
- Commitment to your own development.
- Results-driven. You love selling and are a skilled salesperson.
- You enjoy physical work.
- You like having a day off in the middle of the week and are ready for customers and your team during the weekend.
