The working hours are during the day on-site in Norrköping.

Your main tasks

• Customer contact and case management via calls, chat, and email.
• Proactive outreach via phone where you contact our customers for appointment booking and offers of our services.
• Booking of workshop jobs which include service, repairs, and tire changes.

Who are you?

• High school diploma
• Good data and system skills
• Experience in direct customer service, preferably from inside sales
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Driver's license B
