We are now looking for an Export Forwarder who wants to take full responsibility for specific export flows and work closely with both internal and external parties in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on quality, structure, and sustainable transport.

About the role

In the role of Export Forwarder, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and following up on export transports. You will work operationally and coordinatively in close collaboration with suppliers, transport agents, and customer representatives, as well as internally with project managers, material coordinators, purchasers, and internal logistics.

The role involves significant personal responsibility to ensure effective, accurate, and cost-effective transport solutions – from booking to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for specific export flows and transport-related issues
• Create and manage transport and export documentation
• Procurement and booking of transports
• Ongoing contact with suppliers and carriers
• Delivery monitoring and follow-up of shipments
• Issue requests for shipments
• Handle export and customs documents
• Control and accounting of freight and forwarding invoices
• Manage transport claims and deviations
• Participate in the development and digitization of transport and customs processes
• Contribute to improvement work related to structure, efficiency, and sustainability in transport

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in export forwarding, international transport, and customs handling
• Is accustomed to working in a role with many points of contact, both internally and externally
• Has a good understanding of transport documentation, Incoterms, and export flows
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a good ability to prioritize
• Works in a structured, solution-oriented, and business-minded manner
• Has good communication skills and builds strong relationships
• Has an interest in digitization and process development
• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
