Do you want to work in an expanding company with strong growth, clear goals, and products in the construction industry? We are now looking for a driven salesperson for our office in Nykyrka, about 10 km north of Motala.

As a salesperson with us, you will primarily work with incoming calls & leads from our marketing channels and assist customers from the first contact to closing the deal. You will plan and conduct customer meetings, build relationships, and ensure that each deal is followed up professionally.

Your main responsibilities:

• Receive calls, manage incoming leads and quote requests
• Contact and qualify leads, book meetings, and receive customer visits
• Prepare quotes and follow up until the deal is closed
• Conduct post-sale work: delivery follow-up, customer satisfaction, and upselling

We are looking for someone who:

Is goal-oriented, communicative, and enjoys creating business. You are comfortable using the phone as a tool and equally confident in face-to-face customer meetings.

We would like you to:

• Have documented experience in sales (B2B or B2C)
• Be used to working with leads, follow-ups, and clear goals
• Have a high level of self-motivation and enjoy taking responsibility
• Be structured and understand that business is won in the follow-up
• Master Swedish in speech and writing (English is a plus)

Meritorious: experience from machinery/vehicles/construction, technical interest
