Do you want to take the next step from operational manager/leader in recruitment, staffing, or consulting to a role where you drive and develop a region? We are looking for a Regional Manager who takes full responsibility for the office's results with a focus on sales, delivery, finance, and culture. You will build on an already established business where your focus will be to develop and grow it. This is the role for you who thrives in a combination of business, leadership, and operational responsibility and who wants to be the hub of a growing office.
Why this role is unique
Full responsibility for business and results: You practically own the office's P&L, from occupancy and revenue to costs and capacity.
Clear mandate to build further: You develop the organization, working methods, and local market position with the support of experienced managers and colleagues.
Key role within Xamera: You become a central part of the operational management team within Xamera.
Combination of strategy and everyday: You switch between analysis, decision-making, and presence in the daily work at the office.
Your mission
Drive and develop the office's business with clear goals for growth, profitability, and capacity utilization.
Follow up results, key figures, and resource status and translate insights into concrete priorities and decisions.
Ensure high quality in sales and delivery flows together with group leaders and key personnel.
Lead the local management team, hold office meetings, weekly meetings, and other forums that drive engagement and direction.
Build and nurture the office's culture, act as a clear role model, and manage any cultural challenges in a structured way.
Be present on-site, visible in everyday life, and represent the office both internally and externally.

Your background
At least about 5 years of experience from the recruitment or staffing industry, preferably from similar companies.
Documented experience as a manager/leader with responsibility for results, teams, and commercial goals.
Experience working closely with clients and business – e.g., from sales, delivery, or combined roles.
Post-secondary education in e.g., economics, HR, or sales is an advantage but not an absolute requirement.
Very good ability to communicate and build trust, both internally and with clients and candidates.
Meritorious
Previous office, unit, or regional responsibility where you had overall responsibility for a business.
Experience in building or changing teams, working methods, or offices.
Experience working with key figures, budgets, and profitability follow-up.
Location & extent
The position is full-time with placement at the office in Linköping. The role requires high on-site presence in everyday life, with ongoing collaboration with other offices in the region.
