About the Role
You will have daily contact with both existing and new customers, assisting them with inquiries, guidance, and other matters. Through a professional and solution-oriented approach, you contribute to creating security, trust, and long-term customer relationships.
The work primarily takes place via phone but also through email and chat. You are an important representative of the business and work closely with your team to ensure high quality in every customer interaction. The role offers you the opportunity to develop within customer service and build knowledge in the financial sector.

Important for the position:
- Completed high school education, preferably with a focus on economics, or a strong interest in the field
- Fluent in Swedish and good knowledge of English
- Previous experience in customer service
Meritorious for the position:
- Experience in customer service via phone, chat, or email
- Post-secondary education in economics
Personal qualities:
- Easy to make contact and build relationships
- Positive attitude
- Goal-oriented and motivated by working towards clear objectives
- Enjoys taking responsibility and collaborating in a team
Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
