Store Manager for XL-Bygg Finspång

We are moving forward and looking for a store manager who wants to combine strategic responsibility with operational work in the store. Here, you lead by example and always put the customer at the center.

You should have a drive to develop our store and share new knowledge that you can convey clearly and simply to employees and customers. You are independent, proactive, and possess good leadership qualities.

About the role:

As a store manager, you have an operational role and are part of the daily operations.

You lead the work and drive improvement initiatives in the store together with experienced employees.

You work closely with the site manager and lumber yard manager and help shape the facility's offerings by:

• Coaching employees in the store towards set goals.
• Driving initiated renovations and evaluating and developing the product range.
• Developing and following up existing routines.
• Actively working with sustainability – both in the product range and in everyday life.

• You have a good sense of service and the ability to see our customers' needs.
• You are meticulous and organized.
• You have humble leadership qualities and the ability to drive work towards set goals.
• You have the ability to see the group's competencies with a long-term perspective and build a winning team from that.
• You have an aesthetic sense and the ability to create a pleasant store environment.
• You have experience in retail or B2B sales, preferably in a leadership position.
• You contribute to a positive and developing atmosphere.
• You have good computer skills and can translate sales statistics into concrete improvements.
• You express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Experience/knowledge of products in a traditional building supply assortment is an advantage, but not essential.

The store also features an Electrolux shop where we sell appliances.
