As a regional seller at Takteam, you are our face in your region. You meet homeowners, listen to their needs, and explain how our roof cleaning and painting services can extend the lifespan of their roofs – and provide them with worry-free roof ownership.

• Meet homeowners through door-to-door sales (Canvas) in selected areas.

• Build trust, spark interest, and present our services.

• Work closely with the team and contribute to achieving our goals together.

• Participate in sales competitions and team activities that create both drive and joy.

• Develop through continuous coaching and training.

• A social team player who enjoys taking initiative and loves the feeling of achieving a goal.

• Fearless in new meetings and skilled at making people feel trust.

• Driven, positive, and professional – whether you meet the customer at the door or in a conversation.

Previous experience in sales or door knocking is a plus – but not a requirement. You will receive everything you need to become really good. The important thing is that you want to. And dare to take initiative!

• Experience in customer contact, service, or similar.

• Driving license B.

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.

Extra merit if you have experience in Canvas, sales in construction, or enjoy working in CRM.
