Are you 18 years old and looking for a fun, flexible, and rewarding summer job where you can work with customer service in a knowledgeable and engaged team? DC Talents has the honor of helping NTM Media strengthen their customer service team, and we are therefore looking for several customer service representatives for summer work.
This is a consultancy assignment where you will be employed by DC Talents and rented out to NTM Media for the entire assignment period. The positions offered have different arrangements with varying degrees of employment and time periods, where introduction and training are planned for week 23 or week 24.
More information about the different arrangements will be provided during the first contact.
We use a rolling selection process, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a customer service representative, you primarily work to assist the company's subscribers via phone. You will be part of an inviting and welcoming team that is happy to share their knowledge.
Main Responsibilities
· Handle complaint cases
· Make temporary and permanent address changes
· Assist customers with subscription pauses
· Support new subscriptions
If time allows, you may also work with customer inquiries via email and related administration.
The pace can be high at times, but the focus is always on quality, service, and helping the customer in the best way possible.
YOUR PROFILE
We are looking for someone who is at least 18 years old, communicative, and enjoys daily contact with people over the phone. It is a significant advantage if you have experience from other service professions with a focus on customer interaction, such as customer service, restaurant, or retail. You are comfortable expressing yourself in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing, and you have no problem explaining, listening, and responding to customers in a professional and service-oriented manner.
You have a good technical understanding as the job involves handling multiple systems simultaneously, which also requires you to be flexible and maintain structure even when the pace is high.

As a person, you are stress-resistant and can remain calm in pressured situations, especially during periods with a high influx of inquiries. We see that you have good patience and a solution-focused approach, where you are attentive to each customer's unique case.
