💼 Responsibilities
In the role of customer service representative, you have a central and important role in Chemgroup's organization. You, along with your team of five other colleagues, are responsible for the daily communication and development of the company's customers in the customer center. This includes being the first point of contact regarding questions about delivery and orders. You will also work with order placement, logistics management, and documentation. The administrative work of managing order and delivery planning takes place in Chemgroup's business system. You are constantly working to develop and satisfy Chemgroup's customers and encourage the rest of the organization to work both customer-oriented and service-oriented.
• Customer contacts in the form of emails, phone calls, and order placement
• Updating customers' product catalogs in collaboration with other internal departments
• Logistics management in the form of securing delivery methods and handling export documentation for deliveries outside the EU.
🔍 Education, experience, and personal qualities
• Completed high school education, post-secondary education in logistics is an advantage
• Experience in a service-related role within sales, customer service, logistics, or another relevant area
• Good system and computer skills, for example, in the Office suite or business systems
• Good understanding and experience of both Swedish and English, spoken and written
• B driver's license
You take great ownership of your tasks, ensuring that they are completed on time and to a high standard. You are good at juggling multiple tasks, being flexible in your work approach, and setting up structures and priorities in your work. Furthermore, you enjoy interacting with customers, have good social skills, and are skilled at building long-term relationships in a business-like manner. Additionally, you have a positive attitude and enjoy having many points of contact.
