We are currently looking for an accounting assistant for an exciting assignment with one of our most prominent clients in Finspång. The client is a global leader in energy solutions that develops the technology of the future to create a more sustainable world. As a consultant at Randstad Finance, you will have the opportunity to grow with leading companies.
In the role of accounting assistant, you will be an important link within the Real Estate department. You will act as a hub for orders, invoices, and reconciliations. Here, you will work broadly and closely with both the operational business and the central finance function. You will be a key person in creating structure and quality in the daily work.
Your main responsibilities:
- Be responsible for correct coding and payments of supplier invoices.
- Perform ongoing reconciliations between invoices and related agreements.
- Support monthly closing with documentation and materials.
- Review income statements and balance sheets and follow up on any discrepancies.
- Administer purchase requests and Purchase Orders (PO) in accordance with internal guidelines.
- Actively contribute to improvement work and development of routines.

This is a consulting assignment via Randstad Finance with placement in Finspång. Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is meticulous, structured, and comfortable working independently. You are motivated by having order and tidiness and thrive in a role with many points of contact.
We believe you have:
- A high school degree in economics or equivalent.
- At least 2-3 years of experience working in an accounting department.
- Good knowledge of Excel.
- The ability to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English.
If you also have experience with SAP, procurement processes, or working with contracts, we see that as a significant plus!
