Accountant at PlatinumCars

Do you want a central role in finance at an expanding and high-performing company? PlatinumCars is now looking for an experienced and self-driven accountant who wants to work on-site at our main facility in Norrköping.

About the position

As an accountant at PlatinumCars, you will play a key role in the finance function and help develop the company's financial work. You will work operationally with daily financial tasks while also being an important support to management and operations. The role suits you who enjoys working broadly, structured, and independently in an organization with a fast pace and short decision-making paths.

The position is located on-site at the office in Norrköping, and you will report to the CFO.

Your main responsibilities

In the role of accountant, you will be responsible for:

• Ongoing bookkeeping
• Accounts receivable and payable
• Invoicing and invoice management
• Incoming and outgoing payments
• Account and balance reconciliations
• Monthly closing and support during annual closing
• VAT and tax declarations
• Financial follow-up and reporting
• Support in budgeting and forecasting as needed
• Contribute to the development of routines and processes

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with several years of experience in qualified financial work and who is confident in managing the entire financial flow. You have a good understanding of bookkeeping and accounting and work in a structured and meticulous manner.

We prefer that you have:

• Post-secondary education in finance/accounting (meritorious but not required)
• Several years of experience in ongoing bookkeeping and closing work
• Very good knowledge of Excel
• Good system familiarity (experience with business/accounting systems is meritorious)
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

We are an approved car workshop and authorized for Dodge, RAM, Corvette, Cadillac, and Chevrolet.
