About the Position

As a Gym Coordinator at Fitness24Seven in Norrköping, you will work in a dynamic and health-oriented environment where your main responsibility is to ensure that the gym is in top condition and that members receive the best possible experience.

You will belong to the Norrköping cluster and work at the facilities: Norrköping Domino, Norrköping Ljura, Finspång C, Katrineholm, and Nyköping. The position is a part-time employment of 30%, with working hours distributed over 12 hours a week. A work schedule may look like the following: Tuesday 12:00-16:00, Wednesday 15:00-19:00, Friday 12:00-16:00.

In your role as Gym Coordinator, your main tasks will include:

• Ensuring that the gym is clean, tidy, and functioning well through daily checks and actions.
• Handling service requests and independently performing minor repairs and maintenance of gym equipment.
• Conducting safety checks according to established routines and checklists.
• Reporting larger repairs.
• Conducting member rounds, which include putting weights back, replenishing materials, and ensuring the gym is in top condition.
• Inventorying consumables and placing orders as needed.
• Carrying out cleaning and sanitation routines.
• Contributing to a positive customer experience by providing excellent service and building relationships with members.
• Conducting open houses and introductory rounds for new members as needed, to give them a welcoming start at the gym.

About You

We are looking for someone with a completed high school diploma who is handy and has an interest in machines and equipment. You are service-oriented, structured, and meticulous, with a natural ability to take initiative and find solutions. As a person, you are engaged, adaptable, and enjoy working according to established routines and processes.

Furthermore, we see that you are relationship-building and enjoy working with people. You have a genuine interest in fitness and health, and see a long-term future in your work at Fitness24Seven.

Important for the Position:

• Completed high school diploma
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Previous experience in a similar role within service, property, maintenance, or security is an advantage
• Driving license (B) is an advantage

Since the role involves working alone and handling payment methods, you must be at least 18 years old.
