We are now looking for a Project Controller for one of the world's most exciting technology companies in Finspång. In the role of Project Controller in the Real Estate Department, you will step right into the action. You will become the financial compass for our large construction and infrastructure projects. Here, you will work side by side with experienced project managers, ensuring that financial frameworks are maintained, forecasts are accurate, and that we navigate according to IFRS.

Your main focus areas:

• Strategic support: You are the project managers' right hand in preparing budgets, forecasts (FC), and payment plans.
• Leading analysis: You continuously follow up on large construction projects, analyze deviations, and present insights to management teams.
• Quality assurance: You monitor project milestones and ensure that accounting is flawless.
• Development: You contribute to refining our routines to enhance our project economy.

You will be based at our client's location in Finspång – a global tech powerhouse leading the way in energy technology. This is a consulting assignment where you will be employed as a mobile officer with us at Randstad Finance, placed at our client in Finspång. Qualifications

We are looking for someone who thrives at the interface between finance and operational activities. You are analytical but also possess the communication skills required to explain complex financial data in an understandable way to non-economists.

We prefer that you have:

• An academic degree in finance (or equivalent experience).
• Experience as a project controller or project economist, preferably in construction or infrastructure.
• A good understanding of project management and financial processes.
• The ability to drive your own issues and thrive in a changing environment.

It is a plus if you have experience with SAP or have previously worked in large, international organizations.
