We are looking for you who want to become our controller

We are looking for someone who is attracted to working with qualified financial management in a rapidly growing and development-oriented educational group. The assignment includes reporting and follow-up of some of the group's operational areas. You will work closely with our CFO and other staff in the finance department to support operations and management regarding financial governance and to ensure that our organization has a good financial awareness. With us, you will be part of a team that continuously works for quality and efficiency in processes, working methods, and organization. In the team, we are all expected to contribute to development and help each other move forward. In your role as a controller, you will be a management and operational support in both ongoing operations and change projects and assist with analyses that provide increased understanding, decision support, and lead development forward. In the role of controller, you will be responsible for:

• Reporting, comparisons, and analysis of operational areas
• Follow-up meetings with responsible for results
• Preparation of forecasts
• The budgeting process for operational areas including templates, support, analysis, and presentations
• Being a contact person and partner for management and operations in financial matters and initiating development proposals
• Driving and participating in improvement/development projects

The position is a temporary position until January 2027, with a possibility of extension.

Qualifications

To be considered for the assignment, we see that you have:

• University or college degree in finance
• Knowledge of Excel

We also see that it is advantageous if you have previous experience from a similar controller position.
