Position within the Social Administration in Linköping
The position is located within the Social Administration, which is one of eight administrations in Linköping municipality. The Social Administration is responsible for authority exercise, ordering of services, and self-management in the areas of individual and family care, LSS, and social psychiatry. Your tasks
You will primarily work with administration for the housing unit within the Social Administration, focusing on the management of housing contracts. You will work mainly as administrative support, having daily contact with managers and employees within the housing unit. Common tasks include invoice management, archiving, and mail handling, as well as other administrative tasks within rental administration. A significant part of the job involves managing our various computer systems, and we primarily work in the systems Pythagoras, Treserva, and Unit4.
Your workplace
The position is located in the Department Support unit, which consists of 29 administrators. Working hours are scheduled on weekdays during office hours, and we apply flexible working agreements to give you greater flexibility. Our office is centrally located in Linköping, close to Linköping's transport center.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone with a completed and approved high school education. Education in administration and knowledge and experience of working with rental laws is an advantage. Furthermore, you have good computer skills and system familiarity, as well as relevant work experience with financial systems. Experience working in the property system Pythagoras, the financial system Unit4, and the operational system Treserva is desirable. Experience in public administration is also considered an advantage. You have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, as the job involves both internal collaboration and documentation.
