The HR department is part of the management staff and works consultatively to support managers, employees, and elected representatives in all salary and HR-related matters throughout the organization, as well as to the municipal companies.
The HR department is also responsible for overarching and strategic issues within the HR area.
The municipality's guiding stars are responsibility, service spirit, and development, and we offer you the opportunity for an exciting and independent job with an open work climate where you will work with HR support. The HR department is led by an HR manager and there are 19 employees in the department working with payroll administration and HR support.
We now have a colleague who is moving on to a new assignment, and therefore we are looking for an HR consultant.
Your future tasks
A large part of the position involves consulting, supporting, and guiding managers regarding all HR-related issues. We are looking for someone with a strong interest in HR matters and experience in labor law and rehabilitation.
You will contribute your expertise in legal and contractual interpretation. You will also have the opportunity to work with development and change processes. The position also includes some investigative work and administration.
Who are you?
You have an academic education as a human resources specialist or equivalent competence. You have experience in operational HR work, preferably from a politically governed organization. You are communicative and have a good ability to express yourself in speech and writing, especially in the Swedish language. Experience in negotiations, salary formation, and teacher agreements is advantageous.
As a person, you are engaged, flexible, and adapt your work according to the changes occurring within the organization. You appreciate an environment where you work with your own responsibility. You have a strong customer focus and the ability to build trust with managers, colleagues, and employees. You take initiative and have a positive attitude. We place great importance on your personal qualities.
