Temporary Communicator at Lärande

Do you love writing and want to develop communication that makes a difference? We are looking for a curious, creative, and results-oriented temporary communicator to join our communication team at Lärande.

Together with colleagues in communication, student recruitment, and employer branding, you will help develop how we tell our story to students, guardians, employees, and society. You play an important role in taking our communication to the next level. You have the ability to quickly go from idea to finished copy and can easily immerse yourself in new topics.

At the headquarters, various support functions work together to support our operations. We ensure that they have the best conditions to focus on what is most important – creating a safe, inspiring, and developing learning environment.

As a communicator with us, you will:

• Write short and engaging copy for the web, social media, and internal channels.
• Articulate our vision, educational offerings, and culture in both short, persuasive texts and longer articles or press releases.
• Contribute to campaigns and employer branding initiatives through idea work and audience-targeted copy.
• Ensure that tone and brand profile are followed and developed in all our materials.
• Work closely with colleagues in student recruitment, HR, and operations.
• Work with both strategic and tactical communication.
• Proofread and quality assure texts, both your own and others' to ensure quality in all our communication.
• Support strategically and operationally in various communication projects.

Qualifications

• Exceptional proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• 3–5 years of experience in copywriting, communication, or content production, preferably from an agency or in-house.
• Knowledge of SEO and experience writing for digital channels.
• Ability to write creatively to turn information into inspiring content.
• Experience writing for various channels/formats.
• Ability to prioritize, manage, and complete multiple projects.
