Driven Authorized Accounting Consultant Wanted

We are looking for a driven authorized accounting consultant with an eye for detail and a passion for helping businesses achieve their goals. The recruitment is a collaboration with Jefferson Wells, but you will be directly employed by Rådek in Katrineholm. Please note that the ad is published for visibility in Norrköping, but the position is located in Katrineholm.

Rådek is a large yet personal accounting firm with six locations and over 100 employees with high ambitions. In the Katrineholm office, we will be 17 with you.

Your Role

As an authorized accounting consultant with us, you will have a broad and varied role with responsibility for your own client portfolio consisting of smaller owner-managed companies and sole proprietorships. You will work independently with:

• Ongoing bookkeeping and reconciliations
• Preparation of annual financial statements and reports
• Tax returns for both companies and individuals
• Advisory services in finance and business development
• General tax advice in various areas
• Digitalization of clients' financial functions

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone with a strong business sense and a desire to create value for our clients. To succeed in this role, we see that you have several of the following:

• At least 3 years of experience as an accounting consultant from a firm
• Relevant education in finance or accounting
• Good knowledge of accounting software such as Fortnox, Visma, or similar
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your own clients
• Strong customer focus and a desire to build long-term relationships
• Experience in preparing financial statements and tax returns is a requirement
• Authorization as an accounting consultant is an advantage, but not a requirement
• Very good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form
