About the Position

We are looking for a Controller for a government agency in Linköping! After an introduction from the unit manager for operational support and procurement, you will support the organization with operational purchasing work and concurrently be responsible for a review of the purchasing process from need to invoice, delivery, and follow-up.

During the course of your work, you will identify areas for improvement and provide concrete suggestions for improvement with a particular focus on supply security, follow-up related to finance, cost control, and forecasting work. The proposed changes should be based on the agency's existing system structure and demonstrate how to maximize the system's utility and how both the system and its application could potentially be complemented or reduced.

Assignment Period and Scope:

The position as Controller is a full-time consultancy assignment starting on 2026-03-01 and is expected to last during a recruitment process at the agency, for a maximum of about 6 months.

Requirements for the Position:

• High school or equivalent education
• Completed training in the relevant field
• At least three (3) years of work experience as a controller
• Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
• Knowledge of analytical tools (e.g., QlikView, Insikt, and Power BI)
• Knowledge of financial systems (e.g., Unit 4 ERP, Raindance, Visma, etc.)
• Experience in government accounting
• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
