About the assignment

We are looking for a registrar for our client in Linköping for an assignment that is tentatively scheduled to start on 1/3 and run until 31/8 2026. The position is full-time and you will work during office hours at the client's office in Linköping. This is a consulting assignment via Bemannia. Your tasks

You will work in the Information Management department, which handles archives and registries, where you will collaborate with four colleagues. Your tasks will include:

• handling incoming documents via paper and email

• performing all steps of registration: assessment, classification, registration, issuing diary numbers, requesting documents, and closing cases

• coordinating requests for the release of public documents

• maintaining the registry's/organization's local archive

• performing annual archiving of registered documents and disposal

• participating in the development of working methods for the registry

• training and supporting employees in registration, handling the release of public documents, and support systems

Your qualifications

• diploma in registrar education, or equivalent higher education (e.g., archivist)

• work experience equivalent to at least two (2) years full-time in the registrar profession

• at least two (2) years of previous experience working in a public organization

• good knowledge of laws and regulations governing public operations and the registrar function and responsibilities

• experience working with registration systems

• very good knowledge of Swedish and good knowledge of English (both spoken and written)

  It is important that you as a person are security-conscious, service-oriented, and meticulous. There will be regular staff available for some training and support, but it is important that you can work independently while also functioning well in close collaboration with other employees.
