We are looking for a student in Recruitment/HR who wants to be part of our recruitment team in the spring of 2026.

As a recruiter with us at Framtiden, you will help people find their dream job and companies find their next colleague! The daily life of a recruiter is varied. You will support our recruiters in several parts of the recruitment process, from requirement profile meetings with clients, advertising, search and selection to interviews and contract writing. A major focus during your internship will be on search and selection work. We use competency-based recruitment methodology in our processes.

We are looking for someone who loves to work towards set goals and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy structuring and driving processes while working with freedom under responsibility.

• Relevant ongoing post-secondary education
• Swedish and English in speech and writing
• Driving license B
