Do you want to contribute to developing efficient, customer-oriented, and quality-assured customer service flows in a socially important organization?

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Business Developer, you will work both operationally and strategically to develop and streamline customer service operations for our client. You will play a central role in ensuring customer-oriented, efficient, and quality-assured processes as well as appropriate utilization of the organization's system support.

In this role, you will among other things:

  • Map, analyze, and document existing customer service flows

  • Identify areas for improvement from customer, business, and system perspectives

  • Develop and propose future working methods, processes, and flows

  • Ensure that processes and flows comply with current governance and are customer-oriented

  • Contribute to requirements specification, further development, and implementation of adjustments in system support

  • Support change work and the introduction of new working methods in the organization

  • Develop and document routines, checklists, and process flows

  • Compare the current state and future state to highlight efficiency potential, such as reduced working hours

You will work closely with customer service, communication, system managers, and other business developers, where a colleague has a particular focus on system development.

PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with solid experience (at least five years) in business development, preferably with a focus on customer service flows or similar areas.

  • You work in a structured, analytical, and independent manner

  • You have the ability to lead and facilitate workshops and working meetings

  • You communicate clearly and professionally with both the business and IT

  • You have good experience in documenting processes, flows, and routines

  • You are solution-oriented, communicative, and confident in your role

ABOUT THE POSITION

The position is a consulting assignment performed on behalf of the client. The scope and duration of the assignment will be determined in dialogue with the client and consultant. The role involves close collaboration with the organization and a significant personal responsibility for planning, execution, and delivery.
