Financial Manager
As a Financial Manager, you will play a key role in driving and developing the company's financial processes and administrative functions. You will become an integral part of our dedicated team in Motala and contribute to a work environment where joy and collaboration are in focus.
In this central and varied position, you will combine qualified financial work with personnel and office administration. You will be responsible for the entire financial flow, from ongoing bookkeeping, reconciliations, and invoice management to payroll processing, reporting, and year-end closing.
In addition, you will also be involved in administrative tasks such as order reception. Since we are a smaller team at the office, we help each other, and there is a great opportunity to influence and develop in the role. Main Responsibilities in Finance (approx. 50% of the job):
- Ongoing accounting, monthly reconciliations, and reporting
- Management of customer and supplier invoices
- VAT and employer declarations
- Year-end closing and annual reports (K3)
- Budgeting, forecasting, and analytical work
- Contact with external parties such as auditors and authorities
- Payroll and personnel administration
Main Responsibilities in Administration (approx. 50% of the job):
- Order reception/order management
- Purchasing
- Various office tasks
Desired Experience:
- Experience from manufacturing companies
- Experience with Monitor
- Good data and system knowledge
- Structured and organized
Qualifications:
- Experience of independent work with ongoing bookkeeping for at least five years.
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field is advantageous.
- Practical experience from an accounting firm provides a broad competence base, which is considered beneficial.
- For candidates with a background from the corporate side, experience should be from manufacturing companies.
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is required.
Scope:
You will be offered an exciting workplace in a small team in Motala. With us, every employee is an important part of our success and development, and we have fun together. The position is 100% and starts immediately. Working hours Monday-Thursday 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Friday 6:30 AM - 11:45 AM.
