EnRival AB currently has about 100 offices across large parts of Sweden, from Ystad in the south to Luleå in the north. Our areas of operation are Recruitment, Transition, and Education. Within labor market projects, we are, among other things, a complementary actor to the Public Employment Service and one of Sweden's leading providers of job matching through the service Rusta and Matcha.
This is not a role for you if you want to “support in the process.” This is for you who matches, acts, and gets people into jobs.
We are looking for a coach for Rusta and Matcha who knows the labor market, has strong employer contacts, and is driven by clear goals and follow-up. You know that good matching is not luck – it is craftsmanship.
The Assignment – Short and Clear
Your task is to: get job seekers into work or studies, quickly and sustainably.
You work closely with the participants, but just as closely with the employers. You take initiative, see opportunities, and build businesses between skills and needs.
This is what you will do
- Match job seekers to jobs or studies with high accuracy
- Work actively, proactively, and strategically with employer contacts
- Create concrete job opportunities – not just “suggestions”
- Coach participants with clarity, pace, and requirements
- Follow up results and work systematically towards set goals
- Ensure quality and documentation according to the Public Employment Service's requirements
Who We Are Looking For
We are not looking for someone who needs to grow into the role. We are looking for you who already knows the job.
You:
- Have documented experience in matching, recruitment, or labor market work
- Have established employer contacts or are extremely skilled at creating them
- Are confident in dialogue with companies and know how to sell candidates
- Think results, not activity
- Enjoy follow-up, goals, and clear expectations
- Are self-driven, structured, and professional
Formal Requirements (according to the Public Employment Service)
For the position, you must meet one of the following options:
Option 1
- University education of at least 180 credits (120 points according to the previous system) in a relevant field
- At least 2 years of work experience equivalent to full-time
Option 2
- At least 1 year of post-secondary studies with a passing result
- At least 3 years of work experience equivalent to full-time in areas such as:
- Recruitment
- Transition work
- Work management
- Labor market or personnel issues
- Study and career guidance
- Social or group psychology
- Career guidance
(Part-time is counted as full-time according to regulations.)
You must attach both study certificates and employer certificates that support the option you fall under according to the above description.
