For our client Siemens Energy, a leading global player in the energy sector, we are now looking for a Project Coordinator for an assignment at their site in Finspång. The company, thanks to high-tech and innovative product development, is an established partner in the energy sector that delivers advanced and sustainable solutions for the current and future needs of the market. Through this assignment, you will have the opportunity to work in an international and forward-thinking environment where development opportunities are plentiful. This is initially a consulting assignment for 6 months via Unik Resurs with a very good chance of extension. We apply ongoing selection, which means that the assignment may be filled before the application deadline.

Responsibilities and Duties

We are now looking for a project coordinator for a rolling consulting assignment in the new delivery of gas turbines. The assignment is conducted in project form and involves close collaboration with both internal functions and customers in an international environment.

About the Role

As a project coordinator, you will follow the project timelines and be responsible for supporting the business with both technical and administrative tasks. You will handle customer inquiries, work with hardware procurement, and coordinate internal transport and logistics flows.

Tasks

  • Follow project timelines and support project deliveries
  • Handle customer inquiries and work with customer documentation
  • Order hardware such as computers, I/O cards, and licenses
  • Place orders and work in SAP
  • Plan and coordinate internal transports to and from the office
  • Be responsible for internal storage areas
  • Provide administrative support to other parts of the office

You will be part of a team of three people who together support the organization with administrative and coordinating tasks.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Good computer skills and very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in administrative and coordinating tasks, preferably in project form
  • The ability to work in a structured manner and follow tasks according to timelines
  • Good communication skills and experience collaborating with different functions
  • Experience working in SAP and/or PLM systems (meritorious)
  • Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written, as the work takes place in an international environment
