At Montico, we contribute by offering basic and advanced training in welding and workshop technology in southern and central Sweden. We are now looking for a training coordinator for our educational operations in Mjölby.

Job Description

The training coordinator is responsible for contacting and establishing long-term collaborations with local companies regarding skills issues and workplace-based training.

The tasks include recruiting course participants for Montico's vocational training and, in collaboration with vocational teachers, planning their education so that the course participants have the desired skills upon completion of the training.

As a training coordinator, you are also responsible for customer relations and plan the training in consultation with our clients: the Employment Service and the municipal Adult Education in the region. The position also includes student administration and continuous monitoring of the external environment.

We are looking for someone who

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, communicative, and has an easy time building good relationships. To thrive in this role, it is important that you are used to taking your own initiatives and driving and structuring tasks based on what needs to be prioritized. You are curious and interested in staying constantly updated on developments in your area of expertise. It is an advantage if you have good knowledge of the local labor market and previous experience in adult education.

A driver's license (B) is a requirement, as well as fluent Swedish in both speech and writing.
