We are now looking for a receptionist for our client in Linköping. This position is suitable for you who are service-oriented, structured, and enjoy a role with many points of contact.

About the position

As a receptionist, you are the company's face to the outside world and are responsible for providing a professional and welcoming reception to visitors, customers, and employees. You have a central role in the daily operations and work with both service and administration.

Responsibilities
  • Receive visitors and handle incoming calls
  • Be responsible for booking meeting rooms and conference services
  • Manage mail and deliveries
  • Perform administrative tasks such as registration and document management
  • Support colleagues with various office-related tasks
  • Ensure that the reception and common areas are representative
Qualifications
  • Experience in service roles, reception, or administrative work
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Good computer skills and experience with the Office suite
  • Ability to work independently and in a structured manner

Meritorious

  • Experience with switchboard systems
  • Previous work in a similar role
  • Knowledge of booking or case management systems
