Management Support for Digitalization at Tekniska verken!

At Tekniska verken in Linköping, the Division of Digitalization is undergoing a comprehensive transformation phase where new working methods, structures, and capabilities are gradually being built up to meet future needs. We are now looking for a secure and structured management support with high energy who wants to contribute to creating stability, drive, and quality in daily work – and who thrives in an environment where change and high pace are a natural part of everyday life.
About the Role
As management support, you have a central and cohesive role in the department's work. You work with department-wide tasks and are an important administrative and communicative support to the management. The support is provided in close dialogue with the Division Manager of Digitalization and based on their priorities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assisting and proactive support to the Division Manager
- Support to the management team on behalf of the Division Manager
- Calendar management and meeting bookings
- Planning, coordinating, and following up on meetings
- Preparation, structuring, and quality assurance of presentations and decision-making materials
- Documentation, analysis, and compilation of materials
- Compilation and analysis of materials for reports and presentations
- Internal and external communication
- Coordination of activities
In this role, you will report to the Division Manager of Digitalization.
About You
We are looking for someone who is structured, flexible, and comfortable working in environments where conditions change over time. You have an easy time prioritizing, creating order in complex contexts, and are used to supporting management and teams in change. With a professional and attentive working style, you build trust and serve as a stable link between people, functions, and initiatives.
You are self-driven, take responsibility for your deliveries, and have a good eye for both details and the big picture. You are accustomed to quickly creating structure and control over information flows and work processes.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience in qualified administrative work
- Previous experience working closely with a management team or in a similar role
- Very good knowledge of the Office suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and good ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
It is an advantage if you have experience working in change or development environments, as well as experience from similar assignments in digitalization and IT.
