Healthcare Center Ljungsbro is part of Region Östergötland's Primary Care Center along with 33 other region-operated healthcare centers.

The healthcare center is located on the outskirts of Linköping with beautiful, scenic surroundings. Here you have the opportunity to take a walk during lunch along the Göta Canal.

We currently have about 45 employees with broad competence across various professional categories and a good structure in our work. Our goal is for all employees to enjoy their work, and we are convinced that this is reflected in our patient interactions.

Our Offer

The Primary Care Center Östergötland consists of 33 region-operated healthcare centers, Healthcare Center Finspång, the Child Health Care Unit, 1177 and emergency centers in the evening and on weekends, and the General Medicine Training Center. We conduct a wide-ranging primary care operation where we provide care for everyone throughout their lives; newborns, children, adolescents, adults, the elderly, and patients at the end of life.

The healthcare center currently has about 10,900 registered patients with specialist clinics in child health care, diabetes, elderly care, asthma/COPD, wound and foot care, and incontinence. We have occupational therapists and physiotherapists in our facilities that invite close and informal collaboration. We also have a dietitian and a counseling clinic with a therapist, rehabilitation coordinator, psychiatric nurse, and psychologist.

Our ambition is to provide our patients with care of the highest possible quality. We work in teams to ensure continuity and strengthen community. We have well-established routines for monitoring our most seriously ill patients, including defined areas of responsibility to drive development forward. Job Description

As a medical administrator, you will have standard but also varied tasks, with your own areas of responsibility for different administrative tasks beyond record-keeping and work in the reception. Medical administrators work closely with each other daily and have regular meetings at the healthcare center. We tailor your introduction based on your experience and needs to ensure you feel secure in your professional role.

About You

You are a trained medical administrator. Experience in primary care, Cosmic, and other relevant IT systems in Region Östergötland is an advantage. Furthermore, you are proficient in the Swedish language in both spoken and written form, equivalent to C1 level.

As a person, you are accustomed to working both independently and in a team. You have a very good ability to express yourself in Swedish in both speech and writing. You are responsible, structured, service-oriented, and attentive. You have a good demeanor and strong collaboration skills. You have an interest in development work and want to contribute to shaping our future work with ideas and engagement. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
