Summer Job in HR at Tekniska verken!

Are you curious about HR and want to gain valuable experience in how HR work functions in a large, community-supporting organization? Are you studying HR and want to apply your theoretical knowledge in practice? Then this summer job might be for you.

About the position:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to various HR-related tasks and projects. The tasks will be tailored to the needs of the organization and your background, but may include:

• supporting HR in daily operations towards managers and the organization
• contributing to documentation and follow-up of HR processes
• assisting with administrative HR tasks
• gaining insight into how HR contributes to change and development work within the organization

The summer job provides you with a broad understanding of HR work in practice and how HR collaborates with managers and the organization.

We are looking for someone who:

is a curious and engaged person who enjoys collaborating and has an interest in people, organizations, and development. You are structured in your work approach, take initiative, are responsible, and want to learn more about how HR work is conducted in a larger organization.

We see that you:

• are studying at a university or college in HR, behavioral science, or another related field and are nearing the end of your studies
• have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Scope:

The summer job is a fixed-term employment during the summer of 2026. The scope and exact dates can be adjusted in dialogue, but we hope you can work most of the summer.
