We are currently assisting one of our clients in Skänninge to strengthen their finance department with a part-time finance assistant. The need is ongoing every week for about two years, making this a perfect student job for you who want to gain experience alongside your studies.

You will be part of a team where collaboration, well-being, and common goals are in focus. The position offers flexibility with work being partially remote and partially on-site at the client's location in Skänninge.

Your tasks will include:

• Accounts payable
• Registration and follow-up of invoices
• Some coding
• Follow-up of other financial tasks

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who:

• Is studying economics (for example at university, college, or vocational school) and has at least a high school education in economics
• Will have ongoing studies for the next two years
• Has an interest in accounting and financial administration
• Is meticulous, structured, and able to grasp new tasks easily
• Enjoys working both independently and collaboratively
• Has good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form
• Is communicative and comfortable interacting with colleagues and other functions within the company
• Previous experience in finance is a plus but not a requirement – we place great importance on personality and the willingness to develop.
