We are now looking for an analytical and driven Business Controller for a consulting assignment with our client in an international organization. The role is suitable for you who have 1–5 years of experience in controlling or finance and want to work closely with analysis, follow-up, and development of financial processes. The assignment may lead to employment.

About the role

As a Business Controller, you will play a central role in analyzing and following up on the financial development for the site and business unit. You will work closely with management, Business Area (BA), and global commercial functions, providing decision support, analyses, and improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Analysis and follow-up of Profit and Loss statement (P&L)
• Analysis of key KPI drivers such as Absorption, SG&A, and Gross Margin
• Preparation and presentation of financial reports and analyses to management
• Support in monthly closing, budgeting and forecasting for the site and business unit
• Financial collaboration with BA and global commercial functions
• Development, streamlining, and digitalization of financial processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or equivalent
• 1–5 years of experience in Business Controlling, finance, or a similar role
• Very good analytical skills and understanding of financial relationships
• Good knowledge of SAP and Excel
• Very good proficiency in English, both spoken and written
• Swedish is a plus but not a requirement

• Improvement-driven with an interest in process development and digitalization
• Communicative and confident in presenting financial information to management
• Independent but with good collaboration skills in an international environment
