Kadant Noss develops, sells, designs, and projects advanced system solutions and equipment for chemical pulp mills as well as paper, board, and tissue mills worldwide. The headquarters, development, sales, design, and project planning of facilities and process simulation solutions are located in Norrköping, Sweden. As a Business Development Manager, you will have a central and operational role in developing our fiber line business in Sweden, Finland, Austria, Portugal, Germany, and Chile. You will report to the CEO in Sweden and work closely with regional managers, service engineers, and our application team in Norrköping.

You will be responsible for:

• Identifying and driving new business opportunities within fiber lines

• Developing existing customer relationships and building long-term partnerships

• Working closely with mill personnel at various levels, such as operators, production managers, maintenance, and production supervisors, to understand needs and find effective solutions

• Presenting technical solutions and negotiating commercially

• Contributing to strategic planning and business development to expand our market share

The role combines technical discussions with commercial negotiations and requires strong communication skills. Travel is a natural part of the job, primarily in Sweden and Finland but also internationally.

• An engineer (civil or university degree), preferably with a focus on the process industry

• Experienced in the paper and pulp industry

• Driven, structured, and curious

• Service-oriented and solution-focused

• Social and down-to-earth – you thrive in industrial environments and are not afraid to wear work clothes

• Responsive and transparent, with the ability to translate market needs into business development

• Positive and forward-thinking with the ability to build long-term relationships

Excellent knowledge of English, both spoken and written, as well as a driver's license are required.
