The position is located within the Social Administration, which is one of eight administrations in Linköping Municipality. The Social Administration is responsible for exercising authority, ordering services, and managing operations in the areas of individual and family care, LSS, and social psychiatry. Your tasks
As an administrator with us, you will support all departments within the Social Administration. This position primarily involves work with personnel and payroll administration, where you will have daily contact and provide service to managers and employees. Invoice management and other administrative tasks may also be relevant. The administrative systems primarily used are Heroma and Unit4 ERP.

Your workplace
The position is located in the Department Support unit, which consists of 29 administrators. Working hours are scheduled on weekdays during office hours, and we apply a flexible working hours agreement to give you greater flexibility. Our office is centrally located in Linköping, close to Linköping's travel center.

Who you are
We are looking for someone with a completed and approved high school education. Education in administration or economics is an advantage, or equivalent education that the employer deems comparable. Furthermore, you have relevant work experience in payroll administration. You also have current experience working with the systems Heroma and Unit4, and preferably in the Multiaccess system. Experience in economic administration, invoice management, and purchasing is considered advantageous. Experience working within social services or a public administration is also seen as an advantage. You have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, as the work involves internal collaboration and documentation.
