Responsibilities

In the role of Technical Business Analyst, you play a central role in linking customer needs with technical solutions. You work closely with customers to understand their requirements and translate these into system specifications and configurations. Whether you work on-site or remotely, you are crucial in ensuring smooth system integrations, documentation processes, and testing. Collaboration with LIMS administrators, IT teams, and project stakeholders is key to delivering high-quality solutions. Some travel may occur to support customer projects.

• Understand customer needs and document requirements

• Specify functional and design documentation for system changes and integrations

• Develop and configure the LabVantage LIMS system using Java, JavaScript, and SQL

• Collaborate with customer LIMS administrators and IT teams

• Maintain customer documentation

• Perform system tests to ensure quality and functionality

• Deliver technical solutions within project timelines and specifications

Education, Experience, and Personal Attributes

• Experience working directly with customers in an interface role • Background in configuration, programming, and application development (Java, JavaScript, SQL) • Experience with databases and customer projects • Experience from laboratory environments, chemical industry, or process engineering is an advantage • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written • Driver's license B

You have strong problem-solving skills and a natural ability to work independently. You are resilient and flexible, and you handle multiple tasks and priorities with ease. Your excellent communication skills and collaborative approach make you an effective team player who can also interact confidently with customers. You are self-motivated, proactive in seeking information and expertise, and work in a structured and organized manner, with the ability to see the big picture in software projects.
