We are in an exciting growth phase and are now strengthening our quality unit with our third business developer. This is a role for you who wants to combine specialist knowledge with practical development work and is motivated by seeing the results of your work in the operations. Your upcoming role

As a Business Developer within our LSS operations, you work closely with operations, managers, and specialist functions in the organization. The role combines specialist competence in LSS and social legislation with operational development work, where you contribute to ensuring quality, legal compliance, and long-term business development.

Our cross-professional working method is a key success factor, and you will work with several different functions to create the best possible support for the operations.

In the role, you will among other things:

• Be responsible for monitoring changes in LSS legislation and driving the implementation and follow-up of legal requirements in operations.
• Coordinate contacts with IVO (The Inspectorate for Social Services), participate in inspections and audits, and support managers and operations before, during, and after inspection processes.
• Initiate, lead, and participate in investigations related to quality and development issues.
• Support operations and managers in quality development work and improvement processes.
• Contribute to the development, implementation, and follow-up of working methods, routines, and processes.
• Participate in the organization's systematic quality work and contribute to ensuring high quality in our operations.

This is a role for you who appreciates working across the entire chain – from analysis and investigation to implementation, follow-up, and operational benefit.

About you

We are looking for you who have a degree in social work or another higher education qualification that we assess as equivalent.

You have several years of experience working within LSS or another related field within social care. You have good knowledge of social legislation and experience with quality and development work in an operation where legal requirements, quality, and the individual's needs are at the center.

We consider it particularly meritorious if you have experience with:

• Application for permits within LSS.
• Inspection processes and collaboration with IVO.
• Business development and quality work within social care.
• Implementation of new working methods, routines, or processes.
• Investigation work and analysis.

As a person, you are structured, analytical, and driven. You have the ability to drive issues forward independently while appreciating collaboration with others and contributing to common results. You are communicative, pedagogical, and have an easy time building trusting relationships with managers, colleagues, and other partners.

Employment

Permanent full-time employment. Probation period may apply.

Start date according to agreement.

Fixed monthly salary and individual salary setting apply.

Travel occurs in the position and a Category B driver's license is required.
