About the role

We are now looking for an engaged and business-oriented Consultant Manager in Norrköping who has previous experience working as a Consultant Manager in the industry. We are strengthening our team and looking for you who want a role that combines operational operations with customer development, relationship building, and a clear commercial focus. You are responsible for staffing, recruitment, personnel management, and working environment issues for your assigned accounts, primarily within the blue-collar sector.

You will work closely with both customers and consultants, build trusting relationships, and ensure quality in every part of the delivery. The role also involves upselling and customer management where you identify new needs, take initiative, and drive the business forward.

This is a role for you who has experience as a Consultant Manager and wants to continue developing in a broad position where you both lead, coordinate, and build business.

Your responsibilities

• Responsible for the entire staffing and recruitment process for your accounts.
• Match the right candidates to the right assignments – with the right conditions.
• Drive customer dialogues and develop long-term collaborations.
• Work with upselling and customer management.
• Follow up with consultants regarding working environment, well-being, sick leave, and performance.
• Ensure good structure, follow-up, and quality in operations.
• Handle administration related to contracts, schedules, payroll, and reporting.

Your profile

• Several years of experience working as a Consultant Manager within staffing or recruitment.
• Experience in customer responsibility and upselling.
• Good computer skills as well as good knowledge of Swedish and English.
• Structured, solution-oriented, and confident in a high-tempo role.
• Relationship-building and communicative, with the ability to build trust.
• Positive view of people and a coaching leadership style.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).
