As a Talent Sourcing Partner at Siemens Energy, you will step into a central and technology-oriented role where your primary focus is proactively securing tomorrow's talent. In close collaboration with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers, you will passionately work to identify, contact, and engage qualified candidates through innovative and digital methods. You will become a key player in building and maintaining strong talent pools and candidate communities that align with the company's strategic staffing plans. By analyzing sourcing data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and presenting relevant market insights, you will actively contribute to developing and optimizing our global recruitment processes. Additionally, you will serve as an ambassador in the labor market while driving and ensuring a strong focus on diversity and inclusion in all processes.

We are looking for you who have experience in recruitment and sourcing, with expertise in Boolean searches and networking via LinkedIn. You possess strong analytical skills that allow you to transform market data into valuable insights for the business. As a person, you are deeply customer-oriented, flexible in the face of market changes, and always strive to exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

• Search for and contact candidates via LinkedIn, ATS, and networks.
• Build and maintain long-term talent pools.
• Conduct phone and video interviews and provide feedback to managers.
• Analyze data in the recruitment system (ATS) to measure efficiency.
• Ensure diversity in all processes.
• Market Siemens Energy as an employer.
• Participate in global projects to improve the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• At least 2–5 years of experience as a sourcer within recruitment.
• Extensive experience in networking via LinkedIn and social media.
• Ability to analyze data and present market insights.
• Flexible working style and habit of adapting strategies to the market.
• Strong customer and service focus.
• Expertise in sourcing techniques and Boolean searches.

Advantageous: Knowledge or training in sourcing.
