Professionals Nord is Sweden's fastest-growing staffing company! In five years, we have gone from 0 to 100 million in revenue. Our next goal is to reach one billion and open offices across the Nordics. We work with temporary staffing and recruitment by delivering world-class customized talent solutions. We want to make people happy every day! Follow our journey within the staffing and recruitment industry.
Are you a student looking to gather valuable experience for the future? Do you thrive in a team where community is in focus and where we celebrate our successes together? If you also like taking responsibility and achieving results, this could be the role for you. We are currently looking for a new star to join our team at Sweden's fastest-growing recruitment agency!
Information about the role
As a Consultant Assistant, you will work approximately 1-2 days a week alongside your studies. Your schedule is set weekly based on our workload and your study schedule. During holidays, there is an opportunity to work full-time and substitute as a Consultant Manager, where you, together with other assistant teams across Sweden, handle daily operations.
At the Linköping office, a tight-knit team with broad experience looks forward to welcoming you. Here you get all the tools you need to develop and build a career within recruitment. When you have completed your studies, there are good opportunities to continue in a full-time position at the company, just as many of our former assistants around the country have done.
What is it really like to work as a Consultant Assistant? Here Stina, who stepped into the role at the beginning of 2026, shares her experience:
“As a Consultant Assistant, I have had the opportunity to develop, take responsibility, and learn a lot in a short time. The role is varied, flexible, and gives me truly valuable experience for the future. The role is a perfect part-time job because it is so flexible and easy to combine with studies. What makes the job extra fun is, of course, the colleagues at the Linköping office.”
Responsibilities
As a Consultant Assistant, you support the Consultant Managers with all parts of the recruitment process within different business areas, e.g., finance, technology, and IT. Among other things, you will:
- Screen and select applications
- Conduct phone interviews and reference checks
- Support Consultant Managers with contract writing and interviews
- Administration
- Answer questions from candidates and consultants via email and phone
- Support with time reporting
You follow a clear induction plan to learn all tasks, and the whole team supports you along the way. When you feel confident in the tasks, you will have the opportunity to take greater responsibility in our processes. The goal is for you to be able to substitute for our Consultant Managers during holidays in December and summer.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is studying, preferably in HR/Behavioral Science or equivalent education, and has at least 1.5 years left of studies.
- Has good knowledge of the Office suite.
- Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
Merits:
- Previous work experience in service, customer contact, or other roles with many contact surfaces.
- Experience with administrative tasks where you have worked systematically and had responsibility for documentation, coordination, or information handling.
To thrive and succeed in the role, we believe you are a meticulous and structured person who finds it easy to plan, prioritize, and keep order even when handling multiple tasks in parallel. You take responsibility for your work, follow up on what you have committed to, and have an eye for detail without losing the overall perspective. Since the role involves many contact surfaces, you are also communicative and enjoy collaborating closely with colleagues, candidates, and customers. We also believe you contribute positive energy to the team, dare to try new ways of working, and tackle new challenges with an open and solution-oriented approach.
As a person, you can also identify with our core values:
Success – You challenge yourself and your colleagues to constantly develop; you work hard but smart.
Kindness – You will belong to the Nordics' best workplace and contribute to the family atmosphere at PN.
Happiness – You think you have the most fun job in the world and spread energy in everyday life.
Practical information:
START: According to agreement
SCOPE: Part-time, approx. 12h per week (more hours if needed)
