The Opportunity

As an accounting consultant based in Norrköping or Linköping, you will become part of the team in our eastern region, working alongside several other competent colleagues in both accounting and audit. You will have primary responsibility for a number of clients across various industries, sizes, and regulatory frameworks. The role involves close collaboration with clients and colleagues, offering the opportunity to build long-term relationships and provide qualified advisory services.

Responsibilities

In the role of accounting consultant, you will work broadly with accounting services, taking responsibility for the entire process – from ongoing bookkeeping to year-end accounts, annual reports, and tax returns. You will analyze and monitor clients' financial situations, provide support on accounting matters, and contribute insights that create value. A key part of the job is working digitally and efficiently with modern tools, as well as supporting junior colleagues in their development. You will play a central role in ensuring high quality in deliverables and contributing to the development of our client relationships.

Skills and qualities for success

• 2–6+ years of relevant experience in accounting and year-end closing.
• University degree or equivalent education.
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
• Ability to build trust and relationships.
• Independent, responsible, and engaged.
• Advantageous: Basic knowledge of tax matters and/or authorization as an accounting consultant.
